No. ASEC is neither an incubator nor an accelerator, and it does not deliver direct incubation programs. Its role is to coordinate the ecosystem, connect stakeholders, and represent collective interests—working alongside existing incubators, accelerators, and support structures without replacing them.

ASEC is open to entrepreneurs and startup founders, project holders and self-employed professionals, experts and mentors, corporates and large organizations, investors, and universities, laboratories, and public institutions.
